Give The Gift of New Garmin nüvis 2xx series for This Holiday Season
GPS means Global Positioning System and is a great navigational tool to make travel easier. If you are traveling for the holidays, a GPS unit can help you get there the fastest and shortest way. Or, if you are hiking for an outdoor holiday, a GPS unit is a great alternative to a map.
GPS devices have a lot of different components. The essential parts are the units people carry and the series of satellites, three of which are used to locate where you are while another is used alongside them in a process called triangulation to calculate your altitude.
GPS devices come in a variety of prices. As would be expected, the more expensive models offer more features than a basic unit. The very basic GPS devices will usually have a display and controls so you can determine your latitude and longitude. Some models offer a different number of waypoints which is for terrestrial coordinates such as longitude, latitude and altitude among others.
The term waypoint is also used to describe the number of landmarks displayed on a GPS device. This feature is found on different models, but not all units. What is displayed will vary depending on the map loaded, but the more displayed is not always “merrier” as sometimes the screen can become too full and hard to read.
The higher priced GPS units will offer features such as a digital compass, or the ability to download area maps, zoom, relocate and even change maps. Some models offer features like back-lighting allowing you to read them at night without a flashlight. Some also offer a tracking system so you can go back and recall where you have already been.
Garmin is the leading manufacturer, but there are many others where you will find options for weight, control placement and battery life. Some GPS models are waterproof which is a great feature when crossing lakes if you out hiking, for instance, or if you are caught in the rain or a storm.
Looking for 3.5-inch navigators with Bluetooth connectivity? Then the Garmin 265T or the Garmin 275T may be what you're looking for. Get a wide-screen perspective with the Garmin 265WT.

At the same time, you would want to pleasantly surprise your kid with a gift and hence, would keep it a secret. This article will tell you what to keep in mind while purchasing a digital camera for gifting your child.
The Latest & Most Sought-after:
The digital camera that you are buying for your kid should be the latest trend and the most demandable one. Go for the one which is being heavily advertised and popularly talked about. This will give you child immense happiness and a sense of pride. Besides, it will make your kids really proud of the possession and will make them feel special.
Elegant Design:
Children have a knack of being excited by the looks of their possessions. So, while buying a camera ensure that it must have elegant look to impress your children. It doesn`t really matter to them if the camera has a big screen or whether it is 2 mega pixel. What matters a lot to them is whether the camera has got a smart shape, flashy colors, and funky look. Kids are not pretty amazed by gadgets that look boring or serious. Hence, you have to carry this factor in mind while buying a digital camera for your child.
Compact Size:
Children like their gadgets small, funky and compact. So you need to select a digital camera for your kid that should be small and compact in size. While you choose a camera, weigh it by your hands and see if it would be comfortable for your kid to carry or hang round their shoulder. Don`t go for large and bulky models even if they have attractive features, they will not catch the fancy of your kids.
Fun Features:
The gift to your kids might be meant for taking pictures for school projects, however, they will be using it for taking pictures of their friends and for some really fun activities. Hence, try to choose a digital camera that has maximum fun features. It may be colorful background images, sound effects or wonderful photographic effective. You can truly win the heart of your kids if you offer them a camera that best fits their interests and activities.
Easy Usability:
The digital camera you buy for your children should have easy functionality for them. They should find it easy to use their camera without much problem. For example, the `click ability` factor should be taken into consideration as it could be confusing for some kids. In short, the camera gifted by you should have simple system through which children can easily take pictures quickly and efficiently. However, children these days are much smarter and gadget geeks and they pick up really fast.
Price:
It is really understandable that you don`t want to spend a fortune on buying a digital camera for your children. Luckily, there are lots of choices available in the market and the prices of digital cameras start from as low as 30 USD to 300 USD. Hence, it really depends how much you want to spend for the gift of your kids. However, it is advisable that you should start simple and upgrade it if you notice that your kids grow out of the one you have bought for them.
Recommended Digital Camera for Kids
First glance says it all: the PowerShot E1 and you are going to get along just great. After all, you love color that dares to surprise. And nothing delights you more than style that makes you smile. Sexy Baby Doll Lingerie Is the Perfect Gift
Baby doll lingerie is an excellent and always appropriate gift item. As Valentine's Day approaches, many men turn their thoughts to giving their partners gifts of lingerie. Yet many men are clueless about lingerie shopping and sizes. They may also worry that their partner will be offended if the gift is too risqué, or simply uncomfortable in a tightly fitted corset or underwire bra. A babydoll is loosely fitted, making it much easier to buy the right size. It is available in a variety of styles and colours, allowing the purchaser to choose a piece that is just right for the recipient. Here is a men's guide to purchasing baby doll lingerie for your partner.
What Is a Babydoll?
A babydoll is a very short, loose fitting negligee. It is typically sleeveless, but may have very short "cap" sleeves. Within this category, there are endless variations. A babydoll may or may not cover the buttocks. It may feature defined bra cups or hang loosely. Fabric choices range from silk or satin to lace or sheer fabrics.
Understanding Sizes
Due to loose fitting nature of baby doll lingerie, it is easy to determine what size to buy. Babydolls are generally sized the same way as dresses (6, 8, 10 etc). Buy a babydoll in the same size as the dresses your partner wears.
Some baby doll lingerie is "one size fits all." It would be better to consider that one size fits most. If your partner is particularly small or large, it is best to choose baby doll lingerie in her actual size.
Plus Size Women
Many women are uncomfortable with their fuller figures, which can lead to a resistance to sexy lingerie. If your partner is hesitant about wearing anything exotic, baby doll lingerie is a great way to lead her in a new direction. Show sensitivity to her feelings by selecting a piece that provides full coverage of areas that concern her, while drawing attention to the parts of her body she (and you) loves.
On the Wild Side
If your partner is confident and enjoys wearing sexy lingerie, consider more risqué babydoll styles. A barely-there fishnet or lace babydoll is sure to spice things up. Or consider an ultra-sheer babydoll in black, red or even white. Some styles are designed to expose and highlight your partner's body rather than providing coverage.
Add Accessories
Lingerie shopping does not come easily to most men. It is best to avoid giving certain items as gifts, particularly corsets, which must be perfectly fitted. However, baby doll lingerie sizing is easy and the pieces are designed to fit loosely. Babydolls are available in numerous styles and fabric choices, making it easy to find a piece that your partner will love.

Beer Gifts For A Beer Lover
At the risk of sounding stereotypical there is one thing that most men enjoy and can't get enough, beer. Now this isn't to suggest that the majority of males have a problem with alcohol, just that we all enjoy a nice cold brew once and a while. It might be a Belgian white, an Irish stout, or a good German ales there is something for all beer lovers. With the increased popularity in microbreweries and different types of beer, something else has grown in popularity, beer gifts. More or less anything related to beer, mugs, steins, trinkets, and of course beer itself.
A wonderful place to pick up some more trinket like beer gifts is your local Spencer's Gift's. You should have one in your local mall, stop in next time you notice it. They have a vast array of beer related gifts to tickle any beer lovers fancy. From mugs, to novelty gifts it's a great place to find items for a beer lovers office, or den. There are so many microbreweries opening these days, it's pretty impossible that anyone has tried them all. Visit a specialty store in your area and see what specialty beers you can find for that beer lover in your life.
It's strange to say but beer is becoming almost on par with wine for variety. You can get beer in almost any flavor, and from every part of the world. While it will never be as elegant as wine, beer lovers can talk for hours about how their favorite draft is made, and always enjoy trying something new.
If you really want to find original beer gifts for that special someone take the time to search on the Internet. It's probably one of the best places to find original beer gifts, and at a fantastic price. For antique and original mugs, and glasses why not check out ebay. You might even find old advertisements and signs from a favorite beer brand. For more conventional beer gifts there are lots of retailers online that sell mugs, key chains, and the life. Again you'll never go wrong with a fine selection of ales themselves for, but these are all great ideas to get that perfect man or women who can't get enough beer for that special occasion.

Christmas Gift Wrapping
If you are looking for a great way to make your gift stand out and look extra special, one of the best ways to accomplish this goal is with gift wrapping. Many people that give gifts realize that how a gift is wrapped is half the battle. You wouldn’t want to receive a gift in a paper bag no matter what the contents, so making sure your gifts look great and ready for opening is an important step in gift giving.
Professional gift wrapping
For many people that have lots of gifts to give or are horrible at gift wrapping, professional gift wrapping services are available. Many gift wrapping services have plenty of great looking gift wrap paper and accessories such as bows, trim and trinkets that can be added to a box, bag or basket. Professional gift wrapping usually costs from a couple of dollars to about $20 for high end gift wrapping paper and accessories.
Do it yourself gift wrapping
You don’t always need a professional to gift wrap your gift, you can easily find all the trim, paper and boxes that will make your gift stand out. Many people enjoy creating the perfect wrapped gift and for many people that receive a wonderful gift wrapped gifts, they usually also keep the paper and trinkets attached to it.

Family Christmas Celebration Ideas
In this article read about some of the ways families across America celebrate Christmas.
Christmas tradition #1:
• Purchase music from the great English cathedrals. Gather stories about the Salisbury and Worchester Cathedral of England. As you play your music during the holidays tell your family the stories of how the great organs played in these Cathedrals and the choirs sang during the Christmas holiday celebrations
Christmas tradition #2:
• Set aside time to do some special holiday baking. Involve the entire family in the process. Package up your goodies to give to family, friends and neighbors as they visit and deliver their presents to you. Allow your children to give out the gifts of home baked goods.
• Fruitcakes, homemade chocolate chip cookies are staples of Christmas baking. Continue to create your own line of baked goods each year
Christmas tradition #3:
• As you start your baking traditions, gather your stories of the true meaning of Christmas and encourage your children to pass these stories to their children and on and on through each generation after you. All the while you are sifting; stirring, baking and preparing the gift packages tell the stories to your children and other family members.
Christmas tradition #4:
• As the season unfolds, read or purchase audio tapes of the Christmas story and the Dickens' A Christmas Carol, or any other favorite Christmas story. Decorate the house and put up the tree as your stories in the background play.
• Be an example by keeping a spirit of generosity, peacemaking and hospitality throughout the Christmas season
• Keep in mind and in your story telling the incarnation, the moment of when God became one of us to share our everyday experiences as we do, and that Christmas is the time we celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ.
Christmas tradition #5:
• Purchase a nativity scene and have this set up in a prominent place in your home
• Each time a child is born into your family, purchase another figurine to add to the scene and display these each year. Your figurines can be anything you desire to represent each new person born into your family. When in-laws are added, add a figurine to your nativity scene.
Christmas tradition #6:
• Celebrate Christmas Eve with your parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and so on.
• Have an open house on Christmas Day for anyone with nowhere else to go and present a gift or home made baked gift and dinner to those who may otherwise have no Christmas at all.
• You may want to organize a rotation with your neighborhood for the big open house Christmas party each year.
Christmas tradition #7:
• Dress up your kids in costumes like Mary and Joseph and go door to door, asking if they can come in to sing Christmas songs or deliver baked goods.
These are just some of the ways we can participate in the joy and hope of the Christmas season. Through our traditions we teach our children a small lesson in life of why Christ was born and how he would have us to treat one another - with love and kindness.

Christmas Gift Ideas For Kid
Christmas is a fun time of year, but Christmas give ideas for kids can be tough to come by if you aren't used to dealing with children. It isn't all that tough, though, if you know what you are doing. Going beyond the typical books and clothing that kids get every year; these ideas will help you get that perfect gift for the kid in your life.
The Movie Gift Basket
Get a basket or tub, pick up a liter of soda, some microwave popcorn and a gift card to a local video rental store and you have a movie gift basket! Any kid will love to get their very own movie card and all the "fixins" that are just for them. This is appropriate for a kid of any age.
Grab Bags
Get several small trinkets and one "main" gift. Put each one in its own decorated paper bag and put those bags into one large bag. Allow the child to choose one small bag at a time, discovering the treasures that are contained within each. This is a delightful surprise for the younger child, but older kids seem to like it too.
Gift Cards
Kids love to get gift cards. Depending on the age, you can get them a gift card to a toy store, the mall or get one of the major credit card gift cards so that they can spend it anywhere! They will feel just like a grown up when they go shopping and use their very own credit card to get the things that they want!
Art Sets
Purchase an art set of acrylic paints, brushes and paper, or try a different medium such as charcoal, pastels, water colors or oils. You can add in an instructional book and you have a gift that gives in so many ways. Children love to create and art allows them the gift of self expression.
Puzzles
Puzzles are a fun way for children to learn through doing. They learn logic without even realizing that it is a lesson because it is so much fun. Jigsaw puzzles are fun and you can get the mats that roll up so that the puzzle can be put away without being taken apart. Wood puzzles and brain teasers will keep kids entertained for hours as well.
Magazine Subscription
There are many great kids' magazines that are available; many are published by mainstream publications such as National Geographic and Sports Illustrated. Find out what interests the kid in your life has and get them the gift that gives all year long - a subscription to their favorite magazine.
Jewelry
Jewelry is always a hit with girls. Younger girls will love bracelets and necklaces with their names in block letters. Jewelry kits are also a big hit with girls. They can make their own jewelry and wear it.
When you are shopping for the kids in your life, don't be afraid to be creative. Have fun and steer away from the conventional. Think about the child's personality, likes and dislikes, then run with it! If all else fails, do a movie gift basket or a hot cocoa gift basket. You can't go wrong!

awesome straightener
Yeah...so i had the crappy $20 hair straightener from bed bath and beyond (long time ago decision) and it barely ever straightened any of my hair, leaving it curly just like it was before. It sucked! Compared to that, this is AMAZING! or compared to any straightener. it heats up in like 5 seconds, the gift box is definitely worth it, and it straightens sooo good! Makes your hair stay nice and pretty/shiny with the protecter and holds it with the styling spray (included). The case is also very handy when taking vacations and ur straightener wont break in it. BUY this if ur thinking about it! u'll love it...trust me. and it takes like 5 seconds to heat up. i try to do something else cuz i think it'll take long but it finishes heating up before i finish my stuff! its that fast!
The best straightner!
Received this item quickly and very happy with it. GHD is the best hair straightner/curler on the market and it is worth the price! I tested it in a humid climate (Singapore) and hair stays straight all day long, no frizz. It takes only couple of minutes to style your hair, works very fast and heats up very quickly too, about 3-4 seconds.
Excellent service.
The product arrived 1 week ahead of the stated time. It was packaged well and contained everything that I expected. I would definately buy from this company again.

4 Unique Christmas Gifts For Person With A Social Conscience
Christmas is coming, and we're all looking for cool Christmas gifts for our loved ones. Christmas is a special time of year, and the giving and receiving of Christmas gifts is a large part of that.
However there are many people that are aware that not everyone who lives on this planet is as fortunate as ourselves, and that whilst we all enjoy our eating, drinking and gift giving at Christmas, it is not such a fine time for everyone.
For that reason I have written a number of times about choosing Christmas gifts that take some account of this fact. Gifts that recognise that we are the lucky ones, and which give back in some small way as well as provide us with a cool gift for Christmas for one of our loved ones.
In fact the giving of socially aware Christmas gifts is itself becoming a pretty cool activity, and many people are actively looking for ways they can source Christmas gifts in a socially and environmentally responsible way.
I have therefore, scoured the web for cool Christmas gifts for the socially and environmentally aware person. Christmas gifts that can be given to someone who cares about the impact of our Christmas activities on others, and the environment.
Here's 3 suggestions for cool Christmas gifts for the socially aware person. There's lots more, check out my website.
1. Give a hand carved bone necklace. Made in Kenya, bone carving is a tradition going back centuries. It is a skill passed from family member to family member, and the result is a lovely piece of jewelry for both men and women.
Yes I did say men. These bone carved necklaces are quite masculine and would make a fine gift for a man. I would happily wear one.
2. A gourd birdhouse. Carved from gourds in Peru, these are birdhouses with a difference. Delightfully carved, some with village scenes, they are to hang around the garden to offer a home to some of our feathered friends.
Give a gift that not only helps the people of Peru who do the carving, but which enriches our lives with birdsong in our garden.
3. A hand made Dominoes game. Colorful, hand carved and sourced from Thailand, these are wonderful Dominoe sets for the enthusiast. Very cheap for a hand made product. Perfect to put on the coffee table to stimulate conversation as well as play.
4. A chocolate gift basket with a difference. Filled with organic chocolates, both milk and dark, that you would nver have heard of before. From unusual places, and some unusual products. Organic Java drops for example, or organic cocoa.
There are companies which exist to promote social and environmental responsibility in our trade. The purchase of these products helps others far less fortunate than us.
So if you, or the person for whom you are buying your gifts this year, has a social conscience, there's 4 ideas for cool Christmas gifts that are both socially and environmentally responsible. Check out my website for some other ideas.

In most of the world, Christmas gifts are given at night on Christmas Eve, or in the morning on Christmas Day. Most exchange Christmas gifts and decorate their homes with holly, mistletoe, and Christmas trees, under which the Christmas gifts are stored. In fact, inexpensive handmade Christmas gifts are often the most cherished items under the tree. For most of the world, Christmas gifts are given at night on Christmas Eve (24 December) or alternatively in the morning on Christmas Day.
The best christmas gifts are always the unusual and different rather than the socks from Aunt Jessica or the tie from a sister Sue. Hand-made Christmas gifts are a fantastic idea and will make a lasting impression on the recipient for years to come.
Before you go out and buy some baby Christmas gifts, first realize for whom those baby Christmas gifts are really for: the parents. Christmas gifts are meant to be reminders of the gifts of the wisemen to the infant Jesus. Christmas gifts are usually wrapped beautifully in bright paper, sometimes with ribbons and bows and other adornments.
Christmas gifts are the most popular Christmas purchase, most adults have to buy Christmas gifts for lots of family members and close friends. A few good ideas for last minute Christmas gifts are ornaments, plants, wine baskets, hot chocolate or coffee baskets, coffee mugs, and many other ideas. Alternative Christmas gifts are a meaningful way to give a gift that keeps on giving.
Unique Christmas gifts are available for all budgets; just because a gift is individual does not mean that it has to be expensive. Christmas gifts are always great but there's just something delightfully extra about receiving a gift for no particular reason. So once again I am reminded that the best Christmas gifts are not the ones you buy in the store. Skip the Boring Christmas Gifts this Year Christmas gifts are often bought last-minute and not a lot of thought is put into them. Favorite Christmas gifts are typically the most unlikely.
Christmas gifts are more about the sentiment than the price tag. Christmas gifts are not hard to find, since during the holiday seasons, there are lots of options for you. I would have to agree that homemade christmas gifts are a great idea and friends and family absolutely love them.
Make sure your homemade Christmas gifts are practical. It doesn't have to be expensive and it doesn't have to be huge as long as this year's Christmas gifts are right on target. Personal Christmas gifts are becoming more and more popular each year. These Christmas gifts are great for the holidays and stuffing the stockings.
Wines and cigars as Christmas gifts are bound to strike the right chord for the men folk. To make your loved ones feel special Christmas gifts are ideal.

13 Ways to Simplify Your Christmas
Did last year’s Christmas season turn into a big blur? Don’t let it happen to you again this year. Before your “to do” list gets too big, take a step back to decide what this holiday really means to you and how you want to spend it. Then, put the magic back in Christmas and celebrate Christ’s birth at the same time with these simple ideas:
1. Slow down. Don’t be in such a hurry to get from point A to point B. Take the time to enjoy the magic of the season.
2. Read the story of Christ’s birth. Take time out to remember what the holiday is really about. Read the story of Christ’s birth and explain its meaning to your children, grandchildren, and/or friends.
3. Bake a birthday cake. Help your children make a cake, decorate it, and then on December 24, sing “Happy Birthday” to Jesus Christ.
4. Make a gift. Instead of purchasing an expensive gift that you can’t afford, make your gift recipient’s favorite thing.
5. Stay home. Make arrangements to visit friends and family the day before or after the holiday, so that you can spend Christmas day at home, with your loved ones.
6. Play games. What games do you remember playing as a child? Are there any games that an entire group of people can play together? Make time to be a kid again.
7. Light watch. Is there an area in your town that goes all out with outside Christmas decorations? Nothing brings more cheer to the holiday than watching the faces of young children “oh and ah” at the beauty of the lights.
8. Christmas carol. Take your family and friends Christmas caroling. You could even bring along a tin can and get donations for your local charity.
9. Donate your time. Take a day, out of the holiday season, to give back to the community. Volunteer in an old folks home—some don’t have family visiting for the holidays. Serve the homeless a hot meal. Hold a drug-addicted baby at your local hospital.
10. Delegate tasks. Don’t take on the responsibility of making everything work and look perfect. After making your “to do” list, break it up between family members according to age, maturity, and physical ability to get the task done.
11. Request kitchen help. Sure, it’s your home. But it’s your family attending the celebration. Ask them to lend a hand cleaning up after the festivities are over. If you can’t get yourself to ask for help, leave the mess for the following day and hire a maid to come in for a day.
12. Pot luck the meal. Just because the dinner is taking place in your home doesn’t mean you have to foot the bill or make all the dishes. Ask each visitor to bring a dish, and don’t be afraid to specify what you would like each guest to bring.
13. Prepare meals ahead of time. Prepare one dish a day and freeze or refrigerate that meal. Reheated food really isn’t that bad and you’ll have more time to mingle and laugh with your guests, instead of missing out on all the fun.
Just remember: Creating memories is a priceless gift. Memories will last a lifetime; things only a short-period of time. What’s important is the time you share with those you love—for you never know what tomorrow holds.

Buy Smoking Cessation Product for Great Gift
Nicorette Coated Gum For those who smoke less than 25 cigarettes a day. Each piece contains: calcium (94 mg), sodium (11 mg).
Reviews Products
Great Flavor!
About a 3 months ago on a Sunday, my girlfriend Lisa decided she was going to quit smoking after a hard Saturday night of partying (with all the attendant drinking and smoking) and I decided I would try to be the good boyfriend and help her out. So off I went, down to the pharmacy and looked over the shelves of smoking stuff and finally decided that the gum looked like a pretty good way to go. I bought a box (took all the cash I had) and carted it home. She tried it for about a week and even though it was tough she said she didn't have a cigarette for the whole week.
Well the next Sunday I had a hangover and had cottonmouth to go with it so I went knocking around the house looking for a piece of gum and didn't find any regular gum so I thought `what the heck, this stuff can't taste that bad' and started chomping on a piece of the Nicorette gum. What a jolt! I suddenly felt like really awake and my headache sorta went by the way. I thought `wow, this stuff is pretty cool' and popped another one immediately. My headache was pretty much gone. I mean how awesome is that?
But now a couple of months later, I'm having a problem. I've never smoked a single ciggie but I gotta admit I think I'm hooked on this gum. It sorta sucks because I find that I'm like a closet chewer. I chew about ten a day (ok maybe a little more but certainly not 20 or anything like that) and I find myself putting the Nicorette into a Chiclets box so no one knows my little secret.
Well, the other day Jody (at work) saw me pop one in my mouth and asked if she could have one. I just sorta stood there stuttering like Porky Pig while my mind was racing trying to think of a reason I couldn't share a lousy piece of gum with her when, in a flash of brilliance, I decided just to drop them on the floor like it was an accident or something. I muttered some kind of lame apology while scooping them up and dumping them in the waste basket like they were contaminated (of course I went back later and picked them out.) Jody just sorta huffed off and now she gives me the eye, like I'm either really cheap or a total wack-a-doodle, every time I pass by her cubicle. I think Bob (my boss) saw me picking the gum out of the trash and who knows what he's thinking. He just shakes his head every time he sees me now.
Early one morning last week, my dog Tobie went sniffin around my trousers that were laying on the floor and ate a whole handful of them. He was so wired up that he just ran right through the screen door and I had to chase him all around the neighborhood until I finally cornered him behind the dumpsters at Dunkin Donuts. A crowd of early morning coffee drinkers started gathering around and were offering me advice and I think a couple of them were placing bets on whether or not Tobie had the moves. You should have seen the crazed (yet ecstatic) gleam in his eyes---man oh man, I hope he doesn't get a real hankering for them. It made me totally late for work and Bob (my boss) was like acting mad and being a real jerk to me all day long. I'll probably get fired if I don't shape up.
Anyway, things are really spiraling out of control. I spend lots of money on this gum and what's even more bizarre is that I'm almost positive that my girlfriend Lisa is sneaking ciggies on the side again. On the nights when she comes over and we're watching an episode of Lost or something and drinkin a few brews, she always disappears for about 5 minutes and then swigs some Listerine before coming back. While she's gone (doing whatever!) I always run to my stash and pop down a couple of Nicorettes and start chewing like a madman constantly looking at my watch (I give myself exactly 4 minutes) and then go running back to the couch and act like nothin's up. It's really whacked! Neither of us can look each other in the eye for the next hour.
Last night when Lisa got up off the couch (I figured for a ciggie), I went truckin into the bedroom for a little chew when suddenly, at about the 3 minute mark, she comes into the room all bubbly and stuff and decides to heck with TV, it's time for some real fun. Well, I'm not one to argue with that I can tell you, but I had to swallow (yes swallow!) the darned gum. About an hour later, I stumbled like a real palooka into the can and blew chow. This can't go on---my life is starting to feel like a train wreck. I keep telling myself I can quit at any time and that what I'm feeling aren't really cravings but I'm not so sure any more.
I'm still gonna give it 5 stars (because at least Lisa is down to just a few stolen puffs here and there) but I swear, I'm thinking of taking UP smoking just to kick the gum habit. Besides, I think Tobie is still sneaking around at night stealing some out of my pants pocket---he won't look me in the eye either!
Steve and Tobie from Belchertown, MA
helped me quit!
I was a smoker for ten years and this product helped me quit. If nothing else, it will help you transfer your addiction from the nicotine in cigarettes to the nicotine in the gum.
Quite easy to use: chew until it burns and "park" it between your gums and cheek. Each piece is individually wrapped. I used to carry three pieces on me a day and use one piece about every eight hours (sure, towards the end most of the nicotine was gone but never underestimate the placebo effect, eh?).
Only bad thing is you can't drink anything while the gum's in your mouth because it'll erode the nicotine. Although you can take the gum out of your mouth (the plastic container also doubles as storage- just remember to peel off all the bits of tin foil that may touch the gum).

Phiten Star Necklace
I can't believe it but it really seems to work!
I bought this titanium necklace just to try one more alternative treatment for my joint pains and was really pleasantly surprised. It seems to be actually helping. I take tons of supplements and use magnets as well as the Q-ray ring/bracelet but this is the first item that seemed to immediately help decrease the pain in my joints. I'll have to see how it fairs as time goes by but if constantly wearing a rather ugly necklace is the price to pay, so be it. I can't say it'll help everyone who tries it but it definitely seems to be relieving my joint pains.
Yehhhhh.....something that REALLY works!!
Phiten's patented Energy Transport System (ETS) enables the body to realize its maximum potential. Phiten's unique technology helps to reduce fatigue, tension and stiffness caused by stress or exercising. All Phiten products have undergone the ETS treatment. Sought after by thousands of professional athletes all around the world, Phiten products support their body while pushing themselves beyond their limits. From Ernie Els (professional golfer) to Randy Johnson (professional baseball player), many have incorporated Phiten into their daily lives.

Perfect Gift Ideas
With the changing times lifestyle started changing. Life has become a lot more busy and hectic. To suit the remodeling lifestyle new trends set in. Everything is now being readily served in a platter. Be it your transport, housing, food or clothing, everything has now drastically changed. Why would gifting be any far behind?
These changing trends, have given rise to growing demands. And where there is such high demand, supply would sure earn huge profits. Gifting is one of these high potential markets which continue to grow. Today in this busy scheduled lifestyle it is hard to find time to make those personalized gifts. Therefore articles available in the market are the only things that you can give away in the name of gifts. And this is no sad affair either because the person receiving the gift himself would not have the time to return a personalized gift. Thus the whole purchase an article and gift it is a very much accepted affair.
Now it’s wrong if you think the new trend does not take any effort. This time the effort goes in hunting for the article that most appropriately shows that you care. Gifts could be personal or corporate. Personal gifts are for people and for their special occasions and Corporate gifts are given to the employees, business partners and to media people during press conferences. The easiest way for personal gifts is to know the person’s likes and dislikes and gift them something that they most wanted. Be it any gift, a personal touch to it will do wonders. So whenever you gift anything to your dear ones, a card with two lines personally written for the person will undoubtedly make your gift a special one. Personal gifts also depend upon occasion, person and budget accordingly. The common gifts for occasions like marriage range from household utilities, ornaments, gift vouchers, dinner passes etc. For occasions like graduation gifts in the vein of electronic gadgets like phones, mp3 players, laptops or an adventure trip sponsorship suit well. According to the person the gifts are varied like a person into music could be gifted with music lesson classes or an instrument of his interest. A gadget freak could be gifted with the latest devices available. A person interest in food could be given passes to restaurants and clubs or pubs.
For parents, it is best if you gift them things that they always wanted, but compromised upon. For e.g. book a trip to some place where they wanted to go.
There are common corporate gifts for the media like pens and notepads or company promoting souvenir like t-shirts, accessories etc. Employees could be gifted chocolates, gift vouchers or bonus. Business associates could be gifted with exclusive watches, cigars, etc. There are many websites like naaptol.com which provide details of the different retail online and offline sellers through which you can send gifts online to your beloved.
Budget plays an important role in quality or quantity of the gift. With a small budget a utility gift could be a better option like gifting a set of headphones for a friend and with a higher budget lifestyle gifts like paintings and sculptors could feature.

How To Stay Safe When Shopping Online For Christmas Gifts
Increasingly we're buying as many of our Christmas gifts online as possible. This makes perfect sense of course because it saves the hassles of busy shops, carrying armfulls of presents, the difficulties of comparing prices and so on.
However this is the last time of year you want to have any problems with your credit card details getting "borrowed" or your gifts not getting to you in time so in this article we're going to take a look at a few ways in which you can ensure you stay safe online while shopping this Christmas.
1) Use Secure Websites
Telling whether an order page is reasonably easy. In Internet Explorer look for a small yellow padlock image showing at the bottom of your browser. If you can see it then the page you are on is safe. Really only yhr order form needs this level of encryption so don't worry if it's absent from a page that displays potential gifts you're interested in, but when it comes to entering your personal details, make sure the padlock is on display or go elsewhere.
2) Check Delivery Times
Different sites offer difderent delivery times. Many won't guarantee delivery before Christmas if you order a few weeks before whike others will allow Christmas ording right up until the last date for posting before Christmas so double-checl the fine print before making an order if you're ordering late in the season.
3) Get Started Early
One of the biggest stresses in Christmas gift shopping is leaving it all till the last minute. I generally have mine finished before the end of November because so many retailers - both online and off - either sell out of key lines long before Christmas, or are so overun with orders that mistakes do happen from time to time.
Therefore, consider getting started early, even if you put some of the Christmas gifts on a credit card initially and pay them off during November and December.
4) Know Your Budget
It's easy to get sucked into spending more than you can afford and of course one of the real benefits of shopping online is being able to compare prices but set a budget on a per person basis *before* you go looking so that you don't end up getting 5 different things for the same person by mistake. When you select something, knock that value off their "budget" and carry on.
5) Use Your Favourites
It's easy to get lost online when you're trawling the search engines looking for ideal Christmas gifts. So set up a folder in your Favourites section of your internet browser and use that to save individual pages and sites that look of interest.
You can even change the description from the default to something that will mean more to you in a week or two. For example change "Best Christmas Gifts" to "Idea for John's Christmas gift" or similar.

Perfect Christmas Gift Ideas 2009 For Him
It’s holiday time again and what should you get for him? He has everything, so what else could there possibly be? Don’t give up yet because there are plenty of unique ideas for the man who’s difficult to shop for.
Gift Idea For Him #1: Naming a Star in His Honor
If the man in your life is also a star in your eyes, let him know with the perfect Christmas gift idea. There are many online novelty stores, which offer star naming kits. For a set price, you can have a star named after the man in your life. The complete kits come with a certificate, a map so that he can locate his special star and other information about star naming and astronomy. You can also select a date in which the star was officially named. Maybe it’s an Anniversary or Birthday. Perhaps, it’s in honor of Christmas. The star naming service will imprint any date that you choose on the certificate. Many of the stores offer custom framing, or you can find a frame at a local department store. If he’s into astronomy, of just to let him know that you think he’s a star, this is a great gift. In addition, it’s unlikely that most people would already have a star named after them so this would be very original.
Gift Idea For Him #2: A Watch
If you want to let him know that you love it timeless, buy him a watch. It’s practical, thoughtful and carries a wonderful meaning. Slip a note inside the watch box, which reads "Time flies when I’m with you." Gold watches are nice and they don’t always have to be expensive. Shop around at some of the online stores and browse their huge selection of watches.
Gift Idea For Him #3: Tools
If the gentleman in your life is also the home’s handyman, consider a toolkit. There are some terrific kits, which contain hundreds of items, which are available and make wonderful Christmas gift ideas. When searching for the perfect toolkit, keep in mind what he likes to do. If he prefers to build things, look for a kit with the tools necessary for building. If he likes to repair, look for a kit with a lot of fix-it tools and spare gadgets. You know what they say - busy hands are happy hands.
Gift Idea For Him #4: Unique Sports Items
If your guy is a sports nut, consider the ultimate unique gift. Log on to his favorite team’s website and read about any construction or new projects being built for use by the team. Many times, during construction of a new facility or building, the teams will sell customized bricks to help with financing of the project. You could purchase a brick used for construction, have it engraved with his name and present a certificate to let him know that he will forever be a part of his favorite sports team. If his favorite team is building a new stadium or other brick structure, the brick would be used and forever remain as part of the facility. Talk about a homerun, this will be it! A better Christmas gift idea, for a sports fan, would be difficult to find. If he’s a race fan, check out the Auto Racing Hall of Fame & Museum in North Carolina, where you can purchase actual race-used tires from some of NASCAR’s top drivers for less than $100.00, which includes the Certificate of Authenticity.
Gift Idea For Him #5: A Gift Card
If you’ve looked all around and still can’t find the perfect gift, consider a gift card. For the man that is truly impossible to shop for, let him do the shopping for himself. Gift cards are great because they give the recipient an opportunity to buy anything in the store, as determined by the value of the gift card, without spending a dime.

Perfect Christmas Gift Ideas 2009 For Her
How can you shop for a woman who already owns everything she wants? It’s not as difficult as you may think because there’s always a unique approach at buying for the woman who seemingly has a closet full of clothes or a box full of jewelry. Besides, there’s always room for one more outfit or piece of jewelry.
Gift Idea For Her #1: Diamonds
Diamonds are timeless and always in style. The most commonly found are white diamonds, but what about a blue, cognac or black diamond? These are becoming more readily available and are quite stunning. They are certainly not something that you see at the local jewelry store without seeing a huge price tag to match. If you’re looking for a nice selection of jewelry for Christmas gift ideas, at an affordable price, browse around the internet and compare prices.
Gift Idea For Her #2: Snuggly Pajamas
Being that Christmas falls in winter, it’s always nice to have a pair of snuggly pajamas for those chilly evenings. Fleece pants come in a variety of adorable designs and, matched with a cotton t-shirt, are perfectly comfortable for an evening at home and make wonderful Christmas gift ideas.
Gift Idea For Her #3: Naming a Star in Her Honor
If she is the star in your life, let her know by naming a star in her honor. There are quite a few novelty stores online, which offer star naming services. For a set price, you can name a star, give it a dedication date and present it as a gift to the special lady in your life. Along with a star information kit, the buyer receives a certificate suitable for framing and a map to indicate the location of the star. The specialty store usually offers a framing package, but you can save some big bucks if you buy a nice frame at a local store and frame it yourself. It’s almost certain that she doesn’t already have her own star, so this will be a truly unique Christmas gift idea.
Gift Idea For Her #4: Foot Massager
How many times does she say how nice it would be to sit down? What if, while she was sitting, she could get a foot massage? There are plenty of foot massagers, especially near the holidays, that are made available for sale. Some have water to give a spa-like treatment while others allow you to slip your foot inside just as you would a slipper. Either would make a nice gift for the woman who’s on her feet all day.
Gift Idea For Her #5: Personalized Birthstone Ring
Personalization is always a nice Christmas gift idea. Consider a personalized birthstone ring or a ring which includes the birthstones of the special people in her life. An initial pin is also a great way to go and a classic addition to a turtleneck sweater, as well.
Gift Idea For Her #6: A Gift Certificate
If all else fails, consider a gift certificate or gift card for use at her favorite store. This option is terrific for the woman who is truly impossible to shop for because, this way, she can do the shopping for herself. When selecting a store, make sure it’s one that she frequents so that you know it’s a favorite. A box of her favorite chocolates, or other candy, would also make a thoughtful touch.
